Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Car Parts Delivery Rider to join our Clients team. In this role, you will ensure the safe and timely delivery of car parts to our customers and partner garages. If you have excellent navigation skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver car parts promptly to customers, garages, or dealerships within the designated area.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet tight deadlines.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure all car parts are correct and in good condition before dispatch.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while interacting with customers.
• Handle car parts with care, ensuring no damage during transit or delivery.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and ensure customer signatures are collected, if required.
• Regularly check and maintain the delivery vehicle/bike to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Report delays, accidents, or any issues encountered on the road to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Own Moped and Valid CBT or Bike license.
• Valid Hire and Reward Insurance.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and ability to navigate delivery routes efficiently.
• Physical fitness to handle, load, and unload car parts safely.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• A positive and proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of car parts is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of local delivery routes and shortcuts.
• Ability to use delivery apps or handheld devices for tracking and navigation.
